Barre

Our 60 minute barre class is a low-impact exercise routine that combines elements of ballet, Pilates, and yoga. By using small, isometric movements, we focus on strengthening and toning muscles, especially in the core, arms, legs, and glutes. Our class is an alignment based workout and centers on building flexibility, balance, and posture.

Barre 45 offers the same dynamic, full-body workout as our regular 60-minute barre class, but in a condensed 45-minute format. Perfect for those short on time, this class delivers the same muscle-sculpting intensity and mind-body focus, all within a more flexible timeframe.

Sculpt +

Our 60 minute sculpt + class blends the precision of a barre class with the intensity of our burn workout. In this class, you'll experience the best of both worlds as we alternate between sculpting sequences at the barre and heart-pumping intervals designed to challenge your endurance and maximize calorie burn.

Foundation

Our 30 minute foundation class is a beginner-friendly session designed to introduce the fundamental movements and alignment principles used in our barre classes. It's perfect for new clients or those looking to refine their technique. In this class, you'll learn the basic positions, proper form, and alignment cues essential for a safe and effective barre workout. Expect a slower pace with detailed instruction and plenty of time for questions and adjustments to help you build a solid foundation for your barre practice.

Strength

This circuit style class is designed to challenge you with functional resistance and weight training.  Using a progressive overload approach you will work towards muscle “fatigue” and “failure”. This is the primary focus of this class. This will be a full body class that targets each muscle group with multiple exercises and sets. Multiple weight options are available.
